Meet Your Instructor and Host:

Miranda Anderson is a lifetime creative and multi-passionate crafter who has been teaching creative workshops for a decade. Her initial love was textile design and sewing, which has spilled over into natural dyeing, textile and paper printing and painting, leather-working, macrame, clay and polymer design, flower arranging, hand lettering, and occasional soap or candle making. She has shared her love of DIY projects on her website livefreecreative.co, as well as with the audiences of major retailers like JoAnn Fabric and Craft, The Home Depot, World Market.

Most recently, Miranda graduated with a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, with an emphasis on the Benefits of Everyday Creativity. She shares weekly inspiration on her podcast, Practically Happy, and is delighted to launch this long-time idea for a monthly creative club. She lives in Richmond with her husband, three teen kids, two dogs, two cats, and five backyard chickens.
